L&D Virtual Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription and marketplace purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Request a refund directly, or contact our support team at danielleldvirtualacademy@gmail.com and we will help you.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days once Paddle has processed the request.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
